Junior forward Gregory Khan (Mt. Pleasant, Tobago/Bertille St. Clair) of the Shepherd University men’s soccer team was named WVIAC Player of the Week for his standout play for the Rams last week.
Khan led Shepherd to a 2-0 week with wins over Seton Hill and West Virginia Wesleyan. He scored a goal in Thursday’s 5-2 win against Seton Hill and then netted the game-winner on a penalty kick in Sunday’s 3-2 triumph versus West Virginia Wesleyan.
